Kaskustoto is strictly available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. Creating an account on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to access your account, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
Each individual may register and maintain only one account on Kaskustoto. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, payment method, device, or household IP address — are prohibited and subject to suspension without notice.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements, maximum bet rules, game contribution rates, and expiry windows. Accepting a bonus constitutes acceptance of the specific terms attached to that offer, in addition to these general Terms.
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit channels include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and major cryptocurrencies. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification.
Fraudulent activities, collusion, arbitrage betting through matched-bet exploitation, use of bots or automated software, and any form of money laundering are strictly prohibited. Kaskustoto reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where such activity is detected.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Kaskustoto ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Kaskustoto website located at https://kaskustoto.cam and all associated products, services, mobile interfaces, and content offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on Kaskustoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
To open an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully. You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a contact number. All information provided must be current, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on Kaskustoto. Duplicate accounts — whether identified by name, national identity document, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or residential address — will be suspended. Winnings accrued through a duplicate account may be voided and funds returned to the source deposit method at Kaskustoto's sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Kaskustoto strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify Kaskustoto immediately via live chat or the contact email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. Kaskustoto shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
Kaskustoto operates under a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. Prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any point where the Company deems it necessary, you will be required to submit government-issued identity documents (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
Kaskustoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating financial institutions), 7-Eleven Cliqq, and cryptocurrency payments including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20 network), and BNB Chain (BEP-20). Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, bonuses, and winnings are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmed receipt. Kaskustoto does not charge currency conversion fees; however, external network fees for cryptocurrency transactions are the responsibility of the User.
Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit amounts, minimum withdrawal thresholds, and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages within your Account. Kaskustoto reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC completion as described in Clause 4.4. Standard e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times. Processing time estimates are indicative only and not guaranteed. Kaskustoto reserves the right to apply additional review procedures to withdrawal requests that trigger anti-money laundering (AML) screening protocols.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months shall be classified as dormant. Kaskustoto reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of MYR 50 to dormant accounts, deducted from the Account Balance until the Balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Users will be notified by email prior to dormancy classification.
All bets placed on the Kaskustoto Platform — whether on EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, UFC events, or any other market — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game category, as published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.
A bet is accepted and binding only when a confirmation message is displayed within the Platform. Kaskustoto reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where the Platform detects unusual betting patterns, where a price error has occurred, or where maximum market liability thresholds have been reached.
In the event that odds, prices, or other bet parameters are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction ("palpable error"), Kaskustoto reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been accepted or whether a result has been settled.
Live in-play bets are subject to a latency period between real-world events and their reflection in the Platform interface. Kaskustoto shall not be liable for bets placed after a relevant in-play event has occurred but before the market has been suspended. All in-play bet decisions made by the Company in this regard are final.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, incomplete events, data feed errors, or breach of these Terms by the User. Voided bets return the original stake to the User's Account Balance.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional credits ("Promotional Offers") are subject to individual offer terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the individual offer terms shall prevail. Kaskustoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotional Offer at any time without prior notice.
Unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. For example, a Wagering Requirement of 35x applied to a MYR 100 bonus requires the User to place a cumulative total of MYR 3,500 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
While Bonus Funds remain in your Account Balance, the maximum single bet or stake permitted is MYR 250 (or such other amount as specified in the individual offer terms). Placing a bet in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active constitutes a breach of bonus conditions and may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Unless stated otherwise: video slots contribute 100%; live dealer table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) contribute 10%; other table games contribute 10%; crash games and instant-win titles contribute 50%; sports bets at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%. Bets placed on markets not listed above may contribute 0% toward the Wagering Requirement.
Bonus Funds and any associated wagering obligations expire as specified in the individual offer terms, typically within 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited. Upon expiry, any unused Bonus Funds and any winnings accrued from those Bonus Funds that have not met the Wagering Requirement will be forfeited automatically.
Kaskustoto employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine engagement; collusion between multiple accounts; and systematic exploitation of specific game mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, Kaskustoto reserves the right to void all related bonuses and winnings, suspend the Account, and retain deposited funds pending investigation.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kaskustoto Platform. Any User found to have engaged in any of the below may have their Account immediately suspended, winnings voided, and funds withheld pending investigation and/or returned to the source payment method:

All content on the Kaskustoto Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the exclusive property of Kaskustoto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform; frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or service; scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform by automated means; or reverse-engineer any software or technology underlying the Platform.
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Platform are the property of Kaskustoto or their respective third-party owners. Unauthorised use of any trademark, service mark, or trade name is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kaskustoto and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers expressly exclude all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, in connection with the Platform or any content, products, or services accessible through it.
In no event shall Kaskustoto be liable for:
Kaskustoto's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Kaskustoto reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest conduct; non-compliance with KYC requirements; or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.
Following investigation of a suspended Account, Kaskustoto may permanently close the Account. Upon closure for breach of Terms, Kaskustoto reserves the right to withhold any Account Balance that represents winnings derived from prohibited activity. Deposited funds not connected to prohibited activity will be returned to the verified payment source within 10 business days.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Upon receipt of your closure request, any remaining Account Balance (after deduction of outstanding Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements) will be paid out to your verified payment method within five business days. Voluntary closures do not preclude the User from reopening an Account at a later date, provided eligibility requirements are met, unless the closure was requested as part of a self-exclusion election.
The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by Kaskustoto is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
Kaskustoto processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, responsible gambling administration, and the provision of customer support. Personal data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
You have the right to access, correct, export, restrict processing of, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal obligations that may require us to retain certain records. Kaskustoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 calendar days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory guidance, or to address an urgent security concern.
The current version of these Terms, together with the effective date, is always accessible at https://kaskustoto.cam/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 12.3.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your experience on the Platform — including disputed bet settlements, withdrawal delays, or bonus disputes — you should first contact our customer support team via 24/7 live chat or by email at the address in Clause 16. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive resolution within 5 business days.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the initial support channel, you may formally escalate the matter in writing to our Compliance team. Escalated complaints will receive a formal written response within 10 business days of receipt of the escalation request.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law principles. The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably prior to commencing any formal legal proceedings.
